from the warm welcome, including an early check-in, to the unique design of my room, everything was impressive. i appreciated the themed decor and its quirky charm that felt both stylish and cozy. the butler service was really good; my butler was attentive and ensured my needs were met promptly, making my experience even more enjoyable. the location was perfect for exploring, and the amenities like the bar added to the overall appeal.

Good overall experience. Clean exquisite accommodation with amazing location close to the tube stations and attentive staff. Location adjacent to local bars and restaurants, a taxi in the middle of Pride, and restaurants...

My room felt like it was part of a nightclub. Loud music and party vibes kept me awake all night, ruining my whole trip. Definitely not worth the price!

Its location is fantastic and amazing, very close to Dominion Theatre. Very friendly staff, they smile all the time. The building is nice and the rooms are big and fabulous with a nice bed and the '' butler '', for instance.

The hotel had a marvellous location within walking distance of Dominion Theatre. Visited few places in the center, at a moderate distance from the venue.

Overall it was reasonably large by the "butler ".

The chateau is a unique gem with a great location in the heart of soho. It's just a short stroll to piccadilly circus, oxford street, and leicester square. The superior room was cozy, and the large bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, and the cork floors meant no noise from above.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay in the One-Bedroom Townhouse Apartment. The unique design captivated me. While the butler service had some delays, the overall luxury and charm of the hotel made it worthwhile. Highly recommend for a special occasion!

That room was incredible! It had an amazing sound system, a huge stylish free-standing bath, and the butler service was top-notch. Definitely going back!

Stayed in a luxury apartment that had this massive wow factor! The decor was super cool, like ur in a movie. The location was really perfect too, right near great cafes and bars! Our butler was fantastic, always around when we needed something.

Only issue was it got a bit noisy at night since it was right by the street. Also the air con was broken and it got kinda stuffy in our room.

The location of the Chateau is fantastic, situated on Denmark Street. The room featured a unique maximalist design. The staff was accommodating and provided excellent service during my work trip, ensuring all my needs were met promptly.

The shower controls could be clearer, and there was a holding fee issue.
